Gridfinity Baseplate Generator

A parametric Gridfinity baseplate, any size from 1x1 up to 10x10 units.

Built to the community Gridfinity dimensions: 42 mm grid pitch, sockets on the 0.7 / 1.8 / 2.15 mm stacked-chamfer profile (4.65 mm deep) with R4.0 / R1.85 / R1.15 corners. Plates are exactly 42n mm on each side, so they tile edge to edge with no gap.

The socket ridge tops are flattened by 0.4 mm rather than run to a true knife edge — a zero-thickness edge is not printable and not representable as clean mesh geometry. Every functional surface keeps the full 0.25 mm per side clearance against a spec bin foot.

Verified watertight: zero boundary edges, zero non-manifold edges, zero degenerate triangles, genus matching the socket count.
