Parametric C-Clamp with Selectable Infill

A fully printable C-clamp with adjustable dimensions, interchangeable pressure-pad styles, and optional exposed infill.

Customize the clamp for your project:

• Adjustable size: nominal jaw opening from 25–90 mm, with independently adjustable throat depth.
• Simple infill controls: choose a pattern and adjust its scale.
• Matching wall thickness: one setting controls both the perimeter walls and infill sheets.
• Optional exposed faces: open either or both broad faces to reveal the infill flush with the frame.
• Two pressure-pad styles: choose a screw-on pad or a swiveling ball-joint pad.
• Optional inward upper-jaw riser: extend the fixed contact point into the opening.
• Optional rounded ends: soften both jaw tips while preserving the solid material around the screw bore.
• Adjustable SDF resolution: balance surface detail and mesh size. The frame, screw, and pressure pad print separately. A dedicated print-layout view positions the parts for export. Solid contact jaws, a solid threaded boss, tapered thread lead-ins, and gripped surfaces complete the design.

The infill is modeled directly into the frame rather than supplied as a slicer infill setting. Preserve the internal geometry when exporting and slicing.
